The credit insurer company moved its headquarters in early 2020, in a six-storey new building. The interior concept is centred on the employees’ well-being, with an open and communicative environment focused on innovative biophilic design and sustainability.
By introducing the natural component in the office, the satisfaction of individuals increases as well as concentration and wellness. At the same time, stress significantly reduces.
Sbp was able to use the positive nature effects, designing a mix of colours, shapes, structures and furniture balanced with plants and natural inspirational elements.
Communication is another primary aim: the interiors are developed in special areas, multiple structures and flexible work opportunities for all employees.
The workspace is organized in open areas, from workstations setup to breakouts and casual meeting. Everything is designed to encourage collaboration and interaction.
Has been calculated a reduction of 80% electricity consumption, 87% heat and 70% water, compared to the previous locations.
Recent projects we completed share the same concept, following the trend of comfortable collaborative spaces that makes a pleasant environment by nature elements. BDSS offers a wide range of furniture solutions to achieve these requirements, like the Charla modular seating or the Everest sit-stand workstation.
